Cancellations
If you would like to change or cancel an order before being dispatched, contact me immediately after placing the order and within 12 hours.
You would be responsible for paying any transaction fees charged by financial institutions (Banks, PayPal, etc.).
Return Conditions
I intend to provide you with the best customer service and products. Please note that some of the products on this website are handmade. Even though I aim to be consistent in the design and provide you with the same product displayed in the photos, some small design inconsistencies might be part of the nature of handmade products. Please read the following instructions and contact me if you need help or have any questions.
Woman & Thoughts has a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging.
- In the same condition that you received it,
- Unworn or unused, with tags,
Please note that If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for refunds.
To start a return, please contact me first.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for any returns made due to a change of mind must be covered by the customer and are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I happily replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item while stock is available or return it, email me at zahrapedramjafari@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the relevant order.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products including PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4 etc.
- Vintage and collectable items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where I can’t offer any refund:
- New Book with obvious signs of use,
- Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to my error and responsibility,
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund and Return Process
When your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price paid. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you haven’t received a refund yet;
first, check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all the above steps and still have not received your refund then contact me.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This doesn’t apply if you are returning the product due to damage.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
To return your product or questions related to refunds and returns, please send me an email. Make sure “RETURN AND REFUND” is mentioned in the subject line.
Affiliate Products
Delivery or shipping of any affiliate products I promote from a third-party website such as Amazon is upon the third-party company (e.g. Amazon). You might need an account with these third parties to buy from them and I as an Amazon associate will earn a small percentage (1 to 10%) from qualifying purchases. The retailers pay the commission at no cost to you.
