Your order will be dispatched with Australia Post based on your choice of service (Standard, Express, etc.) at the checkout. It will be packaged in the most suitable standard box (up to 5kg) with tracking. A standard Parcel Post delivery within Australia from the time the order is dispatched will take 2 to 5 business days for the same time and 3 to 6 business days for interstates (metro to metro). It differs for different states. See current delivery times
You are also able to pick up you parcel locally. Please contact me by email or contact form to organise a suitable day and time for you to pick up your item. Don’t forget to mention order number and ‘Pick up‘ on the subject.
If an item is lost or damaged in the course of its delivery to you, please contact me immediately by email.
Orders will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays by Australia Post. Please note that orders received after 10 am (Sydney Time) on a Mondays will be dispatched on Thursday same week and orders received after 10 am (Sydney Time) on Thursday, will be dispatched the following Mondays . No orders will be dispatched on public holidays.

While I aim to deliver product(s) quickly, I cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. I will do my best to notify you if I become aware that a confirmed delivery date would not be met for any reason, but I cannot be responsible for any losses or costs arising out of late delivery.
