Your order will be dispatched with Australia Post based on your choice of service (Standard, Express, etc.) at checkout. It will be packaged in the most suitable standard box (up to 5 kg) with tracking. A standard Parcel Post delivery within Australia from when the order is dispatched will take 2 to 4 business days for the same state and 3 to 6 business days for interstate (metro to metro). International shipping on our site is once again available from May 9, 2025, to New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
International shipping will also be dispatched with Australia Post based on your choice of service (Standard, Express, etc.). It will be packaged in the most suitable standard box (up to 5 kg) with tracking. A standard Parcel Post delivery to New Zealand from when the order is dispatched will take 4 to 7 business days. For North America (USA and Canada), it will take 5 to 9 business days, and for the United Kingdom and Ireland will take 4 to 7 business days between major metro areas. You can also pick up your parcel locally. Please contact me by email or contact form to arrange a suitable day and time for you to pick up your item. Remember to mention the order number and ‘Pick up’ in the subject.
If an item is lost or damaged in the course of its delivery to you, please get in touch with me immediately by email.
Orders will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays by Australia Post. Please note that orders received after 10 am (Sydney Time) on Mondays will be dispatched on Thursdays of the same week, and orders received after 10 am (Sydney Time) on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Mondays. No orders will be dispatched on public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email from me informing you that your order is on its way.
While I aim to deliver product(s) quickly, I cannot guarantee firm delivery dates. I will do my best to notify you if I become aware that a confirmed delivery date will not be met for any reason. I cannot be responsible for any losses or costs arising out of late delivery.
Are there import duties for international orders?
We can’t determine whether there will be import duties or customs fees. This is dependent on the country and its import laws.
If you are concerned about import duties, we would advise you to contact your local customs office for more information about their specific import laws and whether there are any additional fees.

You might need an account with these third parties to buy from them, and I, as an Amazon associate, will earn a small percentage (1 to 10%) from qualifying purchases.
